The resort apartments are distributed from the second to the 6th floor of the building. They meet the highest quality standards required by bnbCopilote. Each is furnished, decorated and equipped identically.

The Lofts du Théâtre are a few minutes away, often on foot, from services, restaurants and activities for all clienteles. You will find the Indigo public parking lot nearby , which you can reserve remotely, but some units include a free space.

Make yourself home. Arrive at a time that suits you after 4:00 p.m. Each loft has a smart lock with a unique code for your stay. An elevator will help you carry your luggage more easily.

The century-old building of Lofts du Théâtre was erected in 1903. Its magnificent architecture in Beaux-Arts style required the higher education of the École des Beaux-Arts, in France.

Anecdotally, before the construction of this building in 1875, a barber operated his business from his small wooden house.

All-inclusive stay

Each short-term residence has an area of approximately 500 sq.ft. You have an equipped kitchenette, a wall-mounted air conditioner, a Queen or King size bed, a sofa bed, a work desk and a bathroom with a large ceramic shower.
